About the trainer: Caroline Ross is a mindset coach and pre- and postnatal personal trainer. She coaches and trains women throughout all stages of motherhood - from pregnancy through the early postnatal period to peri/menopause and beyond. She's known for her positive and empathetic approach which is born out of her own struggles since becoming a mum 10 years ago. She set up her own company in order to provide the emotional, mental and physical support that she feels is lacking for new mothers in English society. She's a big believer in physical exercise as a gateway to mental well-being.
